Why Chinese AI text
reads as AI.

An open study of 629 Chinese articles, 300 by five AI models and 329 by people, found which “AI tone” signs actually hold up. Paragraphs that open with a comment pointing nowhere were the strongest one; several popular rules, such as uniform sentence length, did not hold up at all.

  1. 简体中文 by default

The editor here starts with Chinese output. Switch the language at any time, or set Auto to keep the input language.

  2. Light or Balanced

Both modes work in Chinese. Aggressive mode is English-only.

  3. Names and terms stay put

Lock up to 20 names, terms or phrases, and keep quotes exactly as written.

How to humanize Chinese AI text

Three steps, no sign-up for the first words.

  1. Paste the Chinese text

Paste the AI draft or upload a TXT, DOC, or DOCX file.

  2. Humanize it

Keep 简体中文 as the output language, choose Light or Balanced, and lock any names or terms.

  3. Read it as a native reader

Compare the rewrite with your draft and fix anything that no longer sounds right in context.

What a good Chinese rewrite changes

Fewer translated habits and filler phrases; the same facts.

Cut the filler openers

Stock phrases that announce a point are replaced by the point itself.

Undo borrowed structure

Patterns carried over from English are rewritten the way the language normally works.

Keep the substance

Names, numbers and quotes you lock stay exact. Check the rest against the draft.

Patterns that make Chinese read as AI

Writing in English as well?

English is where
we measured.

In our English test of 60 AI-written texts, ZeroGPT’s average AI score fell from 89% to 12% after one Balanced rewrite. We have not run that test in other languages yet.

Billing & usage details

Each processing pass may use words. Humanizing and source matching use the ordinary word allowance; AI detection uses half the input count rounded up. Other workflows have their own usage rules in your account. Beyond the 500-word free trial of the humanizer and AI detector, AI processing requires sign-in and an available allowance; free tools do not include a paid humanizer plan.

Annual plans are charged in one yearly payment; the monthly equivalent is for comparison. Included words reset monthly and do not roll over. “Unlimited” is a plan name with a 100,000-word monthly allowance. Buying an allowance does not guarantee a detector score.

Cancel in your account before the next billing time to stop renewal. Cancellation does not refund an earlier charge; refund requests follow the refund policy. Checkout shows your final total, applicable tax and renewal date.

AI Humanizer Chinese FAQ

Rewriting AI text in Chinese: what works and what we have not measured.

Can it humanize text written in Chinese?

Yes. The output language on this page starts at Simplified Chinese, so paste a Chinese draft and humanize it in Light or Balanced mode.

Where do the patterns on this page come from?

From an open corpus study, lieflat-less-ai-tone, published on GitHub under the MIT licence. Its authors note that their corpus is not public, so the figures cannot be checked independently.

Does it support Traditional Chinese?

The Chinese output setting is Simplified Chinese.

Which modes work?

Light and Balanced. Aggressive mode is English-only, so it is not offered for Chinese output.

Will Chinese text pass AI detectors?

We have measured English text only, so we make no claim for Chinese. Run your rewrite through the AI Detector and treat the score as a signal, not a verdict.
Open the AI Detector

Is it free?

Yes, for the first 500 words with no account. After that, rewrites use a paid plan’s allowance.

Can I use it for school or work?

Use it where AI-assisted writing is allowed, follow your institution’s or employer’s rules, and disclose AI help when required.
