You have a draft written with AI, and Pangram flags it. Here is how to rewrite it so it reads like you, then check it.
Pangram describes itself as “an AI detector that actually works,” built to detect AI-generated content. Pangram says it detects text processed by humanizer tools and benchmarks against 26 models. It says it is tuned to favor missing some AI text over flagging human writing.
RewriteMax rewrites how the whole text is written, its rhythm, structure and phrasing, instead of swapping single words, and leaves the decisions about meaning with you.
Pangram says it “can detect AI-generated text even after it has been ‘humanized,’” or processed by tools that attempt to evade AI detection.
What Pangram says about itself on its own pages. We have not measured Pangram yet; our measured results are on the ZeroGPT page.

Check the rewrite on the same page; the detector uses ZeroGPT’s detection API.
Lock up to 20 names, terms or phrases, and keep quotes exactly as written.
We publish the method and results of our tests instead of a success-rate table.
A flag from Pangram can cost you time and credibility, even when the writing is yours.
Detectors misread human writing too; a 2023 study found seven detectors flagged non-native English essays as AI 61% of the time on average.
Turn a generic AI draft into writing that sounds like you and says what you mean.
Rewrite a whole draft in one pass instead of editing it sentence by sentence.
Check a rewrite before a client, editor or platform runs Pangram on it.
Detectors change often; a full rewrite does not rely on one detector’s current blind spots.
Use it where AI-assisted writing is allowed, and disclose AI help when required.
Rewrite AI-assisted drafts where your course allows it, and keep your drafts as a record.
Turn AI drafts into articles that read naturally and add real expertise.
Deliver copy you have reviewed line by line before a client checks it.
Keep a consistent, personal voice across AI-assisted posts.
Rewrite AI copy into your brand’s style and tone.
Keep terminology, hedges and citations exact while the phrasing becomes yours.
Make AI-assisted emails and reports direct and personal.
Make captions and posts sound like a person, not a template.
Pangram is an AI detector run by Pangram Labs, Inc. in Brooklyn, New York. It also offers an AI image detector, a similarity checker, an API and browser, Gmail and Google Docs integrations; no humanizer is listed.
Pangram says it can detect AI-generated text even after it has been humanized. It labels AI-assisted text separately, and in its own mixed-authorship test, AI proofreading or polishing was detected as human 99.45% of the time. We have not tested Pangram ourselves.
Pangram claims over 99% accuracy and a false positive rate of 1 in 10,000; its October 2026 blog reports 0.0041% on over 2 million human documents and a 0.3396% false negative rate in internal benchmarking. It says it favors false negatives over false positives.
Pangram's free plan gives twenty free checks a day after you sign up. Paid plans start at $20 a month for the Individual plan, which covers up to 300,000 words a month.
It should read more naturally, not less. Any automated rewrite can change wording or details, so compare it with your draft before you use it.
Essays, articles, blog posts, emails, reports and social posts each have a purpose setting, with six styles from academic to persuasive.
